The Hibernia Range
Hibernia is the largest single-storey houses in the Scandinavian Homes range, with a width of more than 10 metres. As with all Scandinavian Homes the length is customer-defined in modules of 1.2 metres, e.g. you can have a Hibernia dwelling of 10 x 14.4 metres, i.e. approximately 144m2 floor area in a single storey.
The illustration show a superb Hibernia 201 with solar collectors on the roof. Note the large overhangs at the eaves, which provide walls and gables with excellent protection against driving rain.
When deciding how large your house should be, as a rule of thumb you need 35m2 per person living in the house.
